Communities

Lee Johndrow & Al Licata form the exclusive sales & marketing company for TRCN - TalkRite Community Network, and David Thayer of TalkRite Communications is to provide the IT backbone for TRCN. Al Licata is strong in sales and sales training; Lee Johndrow provides the creativity and marketing for the new community.

Our first project is to divide the New England states into geographical regions that serve local areas of commerce, and create a footprint that covers all of the six New England states over the next seven years with “Business Communities”. We estimate that this will break down into 39 business communities, but could be slightly higher if needed or desired.

These community oriented sites are dynamic/interactive reflections of the local “brick and mortar” business community, and content publishing rights are provided to members for an annual membership fee. The commonality of memberships is that they are business or non-profit organizations – thus a business to business network is established in the making, and members therefore also have an internal communication system serving to help them network with one another through the site.

Site benefits for members include unlimited publishing rights to promote sales, events, editorials, press releases and classified advertising through content posting privileges. Members may start or respond to discussion board topics as well. Conference rooms with voice and text capability may also be reserved, and each member can also build up to five pages of web content within the site. (For more information.)

Marketing will include: local radio, print, and TV advertising campaigns, as well as the hosting of strategic regional informational meetings with local service organizations, and electronic contacting through email lists and web blogs.

A co-operative advertising package will be offered to members that includes credit for posting content, credit for mentioning us in their advertising, and a link credit for linking us to their homepage on their web site. Credits can be used to advertise on our site through ad banners and various editorial programs, such as; Business of the week and Scrolling Ad articles.

Consumers would be able to get the latest news and information directly from the business community in real time – all at one local business hub. They will be able to contact via email, telephone or other specified communication methods including the availability of online VOIP conference rooms and perhaps even IM services down the road. A directory of members and their profiles, including their web site information is included.

The first beta model covering the Monadnock region(Currently being upgraded) in New Hampshire now underway. Office and administrative services will be located in Maine. Each region will carry 2-4 sales representatives.

Although each community is its own network, each region will connect to each other, thereby establishing the TalkRite Community Network. A consumer will be able to drill down to find a business or climb back out for a greater search. TRCN also provides connectivity to a global network of local area and special interest niche communities provided by Rob Anderson’s Cagora.com, expanding networking capabilities well beyond the scope that one business model can provide.

Each region will be served first by the business community site, and then by a social networking site. We also have the exclusive rights for the associated TRCN social communities now in development. Social communities are considered to be incubators of “consumer groups”. Therefore, our business communities will have the power to incubate their own local traffic, as each free standing "local" web site connects to the other. This combination of purposes provides two distinct flavors – one regional flavor, reflective of the area that it serves, and one flavor of business/consumer interactivity, that reflects the interests and activities of all who come.

Our company also has the ability to sell “niche communities” for TRCN. These special interest niche sites are also membership driven community style sites that would tie into our local hub, providing new opportunities for more interest and more traffic to our local hub. One example of this is now underway as a Christian community site www.Net2Church.org , also established by TalkRite Communications. Each region will be served by local Net2Church ministries, as volunteers come forward in those regions to build an online outreach.
